A scholarship established in honor of Wanda Martinez. This $2,000 scholarship is awarded to a student identifying as a person of color, graduating from a public or private high school in Waterloo, attending a 2 or 4-year post-secondary institution full-time, and demonstrates a clear goal for their future.
